iHeartRadio App Update 4.0 Requires Facebook Login

Posted on: September 13, 2011

Clear Channel Management recently announced another big update to their popular iheartRadio app. The update (version 4.0)  allows you to create custom stations from their catalog of over 11 million songs. However, this update also require you to login to Facebook.

Version 4.0 will give you more control over your song choices with a Discovery Slider module that lets you fine tune your song selection. Your favorite stations will now sync automatically between the Web and your mobile app. Plus, the custom stations you can create will be commercial-free until the end of 2011. Clear Channel has also revamped the look and feel of this app to match their site!
